Masalah selanjutnya yang sering terjadi pada Nexian Tablet ini , mati tapi masih bisa di charger ketika di nyalakan hanya bergetar jangan panik , Solusinya buka tutup belakang tablet lepas battrynya dengan solder kemudian charger dengan power suplly kurang lebih 4,7 Volt selama 30 menit kemudian coba jika bisa matikan tablet dan charger tablet dalam keadaan mati hingga kurang lebih 5 Jam

Anda setuju untuk mematuhi spesifikasi yang diberikan Google dari waktu ke waktu untuk memungkinkan pelacakan dan laporan Aktivitas Arahan yang tepat terkait dengan Properti Anda. Anda tidak akan mempromosikan atau memfasilitasi Aktivitas Arahan dengan cara apapun selain menampilkan Tombol Arahan di Properti, kecuali jika dengan tegas diizinkan secara tertulis (termasuk melalui email) oleh Google.

o AdSense untuk Video. Jika Anda memilih untuk menggunakan AdSense untuk Video, partisipasi Anda harus selalu mematuhi kebijakan Program AdSense untuk Video yang terdapat di http://adsense.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=73987&hl=id_ID atau URL yang mungkin disediakan Google dari waktu ke waktu. Semua Iklan (termasuk Iklan yang ditayangkan karena klik pengguna akhir dan pertanyaan yang dimasukkan ke Tautan, jika ada) akan (1) dikelompokkan oleh Google serta ditampilkan dengan Tautan (jika sesuai) kepada pengguna akhir Properti sebagai Unit Iklan atau (2) diputar pada bagian awal, akhir, dan interstisial terkait dengan konten video pihak ketiga, dan masing-masing menggunakan format standar yang biasanya disediakan oleh Google dari waktu ke waktu, seperti yang akan dijelaskan dalam kebijakan yang berlaku. Anda memahami dan menyetujui bahwa Iklan akan ditampilkan di Properti dalam format video yang disetujui oleh Google, dan bahwa Iklan tersebut: (i) hanya akan ditampilkan terkait dengan Properti dan konten video selain iklan (secara keseluruhan disebut Media Video) yang masing-masing dan seluruhnya harus diperiksa dan disetujui oleh Google atas kebijaksanaannya setiap saat; dan (ii) hanya akan diminta terkait dengan Media Video yang dijalankan pengguna akhir. Selain itu, Anda setuju bahwa Anda hanya dapat menampilkan 1 (satu) Unit Iklan di pemutar media setiap kali, kecuali jika disetujui secara tertulis oleh Google.

o Umum; Halaman yang Dilayani; Pemfilteran; Fitur Beta. Anda setuju untuk tidak menampilkan iklan pada halaman web yang sama dengan Unit Iklan, Iklan, Tautan, Kotak Penelusuran, atau Tombol Arahan ("Halaman yang Dilayani") yang dapat membuat pengguna akhir Properti Anda secara wajar menganggapnya secara keliru sebagai iklan Google atau terkait dengan Google. Layanan Google tertentu yang tersedia sebagai bagian dari Program dapat memiliki kemampuan pemfilteran, misalnya SafeSearch atau AdSafe, yang dapat diakses melalui akun Anda. Namun, jika Anda memilih untuk mengaktifkan filter apapun, Anda memahami dan menyetujui bahwa: (i) Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mengaktifkan fitur tersebut sesuai spesifikasi yang diberikan Google, dan (ii) Google tidak dan tidak dapat memastikan bahwa semua hasil (termasuk Iklan, Tautan, dan Hasil Penelusuran) akan dibatasi pada hasil yang dipilih dengan mengaktifkan filter tersebut. Beberapa fitur Program disebut sebagai Beta atau tidak didukung (Fitur Beta). Selama diizinkan oleh undang-undang yang berlaku, Fitur Beta diberikan "sebagaimana adanya" dan merupakan pilihan serta risiko yang Anda tanggung sendiri. Anda tidak akan mengungkapkan informasi dari Fitur Beta, ketersediaan Fitur Beta nonpublik, atau akses ke Fitur Beta kepada pihak ketiga manapun.

3. Komunikasi Eksklusif Dengan Google. Anda setuju untuk berkomunikasi langsung dengan Google, dan bukan pengiklan lain, tentang Iklan atau Tautan yang ditampilkan terkait dengan Properti Anda.

4. Tanggung Jawab Setiap Pihak. Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas Properti, termasuk semua isi dan materi, pemeliharaan dan pengoperasiannya, penerapan spesifikasi Google yang sesuai, dan kepatuhan terhadap persyaratan Perjanjian ini, termasuk kepatuhan terhadap Kebijakan Program. Google atas kebijaksanaannya berhak memeriksa aktivitas yang mungkin melanggar Perjanjian ini, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada penggunaan aplikasi perangkat lunak untuk mengakses Iklan, Tautan, Hasil Penelusuran, Tombol Arahan, atau menyelesaikan Aktivitas Arahan maupun keterkaitan dalam aktivitas yang dilarang berdasarkan Perjanjian ini. Google tidak bertanggung jawab atas apapun yang terkait dengan Properti Anda, termasuk tanpa batasan, permintaan pertanyaan dari pengguna akhir Properti Anda atau pengiriman data antara Properti Anda dan Google. Selain itu, Google tidak berkewajiban untuk memberikan pemberitahuan kepada Anda jika Iklan, Tautan, Hasil Penelusuran, atau Tombol Arahan tidak ditampilkan dengan benar kepada atau Aktivitas Arahan tidak diselesaikan dengan benar oleh pengguna akhir Properti.

5. Penggunaan yang Dilarang. Anda tidak boleh, dan tidak boleh memberikan wewenang atau mendorong pihak ketiga untuk: (i) secara langsung atau tidak langsung menghasilkan pertanyaan, Aktivitas Arahan, atau tayangan maupun klik pada Iklan, Tautan, Hasil Penelusuran, atau Tombol Arahan (termasuk tanpa batasan, klik putar untuk Iklan video) melalui cara otomatis, penipuan, pemalsuan, atau cara tidak sah lainnya, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada klik manual berulang, penggunaan robot atau alat pertanyaan otomatis lainnya, dan/atau permintaan penelusuran dari komputer, dan/atau penggunaan perangkat lunak dan/atau layanan pengoptimalan mesin penelusuran yang tidak sah; (ii) mengedit, memodifikasi, memfilter, menyingkat, atau mengubah urutan informasi yang terdapat pada Iklan, Tautan, Unit Iklan, Hasil Penelusuran, maupun Tombol Arahan, atau menghapus, menyamarkan, maupun memperkecil Iklan, Tautan, Unit Iklan, Hasil Penelusuran, atau Tombol Arahan dengan cara apapun tanpa izin dari Google; (iii) meniru, memperkecil, menghapus, atau menghalangi tampilan Halaman web secara utuh dan lengkap yang diakses oleh pengguna akhir setelah mengklik bagian Iklan ("Halaman Pengiklan"), Halaman Hasil Penelusuran, atau Halaman Arahan apapun; (iv) mengarahkan ulang pengguna akhir dari Halaman Pengiklan, Halaman Hasil Penelusuran, atau Halaman Arahan; menyediakan versi Halaman Pengiklan, Halaman Hasil Penelusuran, atau Halaman Arahan yang berbeda dari halaman yang akan diakses pengguna akhir dengan secara langsung membuka Halaman Pengiklan, Halaman Hasil Penelusuran, atau Halaman Arahan; menambahkan konten apapun di antara Iklan dan Halaman Pengiklan, di antara halaman berisi Kotak Penelusuran dan Halaman Hasil Penelusuran, atau antara Tombol Arahan dan Halaman Arahan; atau memberikan apapun selain tautan langsung dari Iklan ke Halaman Pengiklan, dari halaman berisi Kotak Penelusuran ke Halaman Hasil Penelusuran, atau dari Tombol Arahan ke Halaman Arahan; (v) menampilkan Iklan, Tautan, atau Tombol Arahan pada halaman web atau situs web apapun yang berisi konten pornografi, mengandung kebencian, kekerasan, atau ilegal; (vi) secara langsung atau tidak langsung mengakses, menjalankan, dan/atau mengaktifkan Iklan, Tautan, Hasil Penelusuran, atau Tombol Arahan melalui, dari, maupun dalam Iklan, Tautan, Hasil Penelusuran, atau Tombol Arahan dalam aplikasi perangkat lunak, situs web, maupun yang lainnya selain Properti Anda, kecuali hanya sebatas yang diizinkan secara tersurat dalam Perjanjian ini; (vii) "merayap", "melakukan spider", mengindeks, atau mengumpulkan maupun menyimpan secara permanen informasi dalam tembolok yang diperoleh dari Iklan, Tautan, Hasil Penelusuran, atau Aktivitas Arahan, maupun bagian, salinan, karya turunannya; (viii) melakukan tindakan yang melanggar Kebijakan Program yang ditampilkan di Situs Web Google , sebagaimana direvisi dari waktu ke waktu, atau perjanjian lain antara Anda dan Google (termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada persyaratan program Google AdWords); (ix) menyebarluaskan program jahat; (x) membuat akun baru untuk menggunakan Program setelah Google menghentikan Perjanjian ini dengan Anda sebagai akibat pelanggaran Perjanjian; atau (xi) terlibat dalam tindakan maupun praktik yang berdampak buruk bagi Google atau mempermalukan maupun merendahkan reputasi atau niat baik Google. Anda memahami bahwa upaya keterlibatan atau pelanggaran apapun terhadap hal yang telah disebutkan di atas merupakan pelanggaran material terhadap Perjanjian ini dan kami dapat melakukan semua upaya hukum yang tersedia, termasuk penangguhan akun dengan segera atau penghentian Perjanjian, dan melakukan semua upaya hukum perdata dan pidana yang memungkinkan.

6. Penghentian; Pembatalan. Dengan tunduk pada perjanjian pihak ketiga lain yang mungkin ada antara Anda dengan pelanggan Google lain (misalnya perusahaan hosting web), Anda dapat setiap saat berhenti menampilkan Iklan, Tautan, Kotak Penelusuran, atau Tombol Arahan di Properti dalam Program dengan atau tanpa alasan dengan menghapus Google JavaScript atau program sejenis dari Properti Anda. Anda dapat setiap saat menghentikan Perjanjian ini dengan atau tanpa alasan dengan mengirim pemberitahuan tertulis tentang keinginan membatalkan partisipasi dalam Program ke adsense-support@google.com. Perjanjian ini akan dianggap berakhir dalam waktu 10 (sepuluh) hari kerja sejak Google menerima pemberitahuan Anda. Google dapat memeriksa aktivitas apapun yang mungkin melanggar Perjanjian ini. Google dapat setiap saat menghentikan sebagian atau seluruh Program, menghentikan Perjanjian ini, atau menangguhkan maupun menghentikan partisipasi Properti pada sebagian atau seluruh Program atas kebijaksanaannya sendiri karena alasan apapun. Selain itu, Google berhak menghentikan, tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya, akun yang belum menghasilkan jumlah klik yang memadai pada Iklan, Tombol Arahan, atau tayangan Iklan yang valid (masing-masing berdasarkan penilaian Google) selama 2 (dua) bulan atau lebih. Setelah penghentian partisipasi Properti dalam Program atau penghentian Perjanjian ini karena alasan apapun, Pasal 3, 6 hingga 10, dan 14 hingga 17 akan tetap berlaku.

7. Kerahasiaan. Anda setuju untuk tidak mengungkapkan Informasi Rahasia Google tanpa persetujuan tertulis sebelumnya dari Google. "Informasi Rahasia Google" mencakup namun tidak terbatas pada: (a) semua perangkat lunak, teknologi, program, spesifikasi, materi, panduan, dan dokumen Google yang terkait dengan Program; (b) rasio klik-tayang atau statistik lain yang terkait dengan kinerja Properti dalam Program yang diberikan oleh Google kepada Anda; dan (c) informasi lain yang ditetapkan secara tertulis sebagai "Rahasia" oleh Google atau ketetapan yang setara. Namun, Anda dapat secara akurat mengungkapkan jumlah pembayaran kotor Google kepada Anda berdasarkan Program. Informasi Rahasia Google tidak mencakup informasi yang telah diketahui secara umum tanpa melalui pelanggaran oleh Anda atau Google, maupun informasi yang (i) didapat secara independen tanpa akses ke Informasi Rahasia Google, sebagaimana dibuktikan secara tertulis; (ii) Anda terima dari pihak ketiga secara sah; atau (iii) wajib diungkapkan menurut undang-undang atau lembaga pemerintah yang berwenang.

8. Tidak Ada Jaminan. Google tidak menjamin tingkat tayangan Iklan atau klik pada Iklan maupun Tombol Arahan, waktu penayangan iklan dan/atau klik, penyelesaian Aktivitas Arahan, atau jumlah pembayaran yang Anda terima dalam Perjanjian ini. Selain itu, untuk menegaskan, Google tidak menjamin bahwa Program akan beroperasi setiap saat atau selama masa nonaktif (i) disebabkan oleh putusnya rangkaian jalur, jaringan, atau server internet publik, (ii) disebabkan oleh kegagalan peralatan, sistem, atau layanan akses lokal, (iii) pada pemeliharaan terjadwal sebelumnya, atau (iv) terkait dengan kondisi di luar kontrol Google (atau anak perusahaan yang dimiliki sepenuhnya) seperti aksi mogok, kerusuhan, kudeta, kebakaran, banjir, ledakan, perang, tindakan pemerintah, kondisi ketenagakerjaan, gempa bumi, bencana alam, atau gangguan layanan internet di wilayah tempat beroperasinya server Anda atau Google (atau anak perusahaan yang dimiliki sepenuhnya).

9. Tidak Ada Jaminan. GOOGLE TIDAK MENJAMIN, SECARA TERSURAT MAUPUN TERSIRAT, TERMASUK NAMUN TIDAK TERBATAS PADA IKLAN, TAUTAN, PENELUSURAN, ARAHAN, MAUPUN LAYANAN LAIN, DAN SECARA TEGAS TIDAK MENJAMIN MENGENAI NONPELANGGARAN, KELAYAKAN UNTUK DIPERDAGANGKAN, DAN KESESUAIAN UNTUK TUJUAN TERTENTU. JIKA IKLAN, TAUTAN, DAN HASIL PENELUSURAN DIDASARKAN PADA ATAU DITAMPILKAN TERKAIT DENGAN KONTEN NON-GOOGLE, MAKA GOOGLE TIDAK TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB ATAS TAMPILAN IKLAN, TAUTAN, DAN HASIL PENELUSURAN TERSEBUT.

10. Batasan Tanggung Jawab; Keadaan Memaksa. KECUALI UNTUK KEWAJIBAN PERLINDUNGAN TERHADAP KERUGIAN DAN KERAHASIAAN YANG TERCANTUM DALAM PERJANJIAN INI ATAU PELANGGARAN ANDA TERHADAP HAK ATAS KEKAYAAN INTELEKTUAL DAN/ATAU KEPENTINGAN EKSKLUSIF TERKAIT DENGAN PROGRAM, (i) DALAM KONDISI APAPUN, MASING-MASING PIHAK TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB BERDASARKAN PERJANJIAN INI ATAS KERUGIAN KONSEKUENSIAL, KHUSUS, TIDAK LANGSUNG, SEBAGAI PERINGATAN, ATAU SEBAGAI HUKUMAN, BAIK BERDASARKAN KONTRAK, WANPRESTASI, ATAU TEORI HUKUM LAINNYA, MESKIPUN PIHAK TERSEBUT TELAH DIBERITAHUKAN TENTANG KERUGIAN TERSEBUT DAN TANPA MENGABAIKAN KEGAGALAN TUJUAN UTAMA DARI UPAYA HUKUM TERBATAS DAN (ii) KEWAJIBAN KUMULATIF GOOGLE KEPADA PENAYANG DALAM PERJANJIAN INI ATAS SETIAP KLAIM TERBATAS PADA JUMLAH BERSIH YANG DIBAYARKAN GOOGLE KEPADA PENAYANG SELAMA JANGKA WAKTU TIGA BULAN SEGERA SEBELUM TANGGAL PENGAJUAN KLAIM. Setiap pihak memahami bahwa pihak lain yang menyepakati Perjanjian ini mengandalkan batasan kewajiban yang telah disebutkan dan batasan tersebut merupakan dasar penting bagi penawaran antarpihak. Tanpa membatasi hal yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya dan kecuali untuk kewajiban pembayaran, setiap pihak tidak bertanggung jawab atas kegagalan atau keterlambatan yang disebabkan oleh kondisi di luar kontrol yang wajar dari pihak tersebut, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada tindakan pemerintah atau terorisme, gempa bumi, atau bencana alam lainnya, kondisi ketenagakerjaan, dan gangguan listrik.

11. Pembayaran. Anda akan menerima pembayaran yang terkait dengan jumlah klik Iklan yang valid, jumlah tayangan Iklan yang valid, dan jumlah penyelesaian Aktivitas Arahan yang valid melalui Tombol Arahan yang ditampilkan terkait dengan Properti Anda, dan/atau aktivitas yang dilakukan terkait dengan penayangan Iklan di Properti Anda, seperti ditentukan oleh Google untuk peserta Program dalam setiap kasus. Jika Anda memilih untuk menerima Hasil Penelusuran, pembayaran ini akan dikompensasikan dengan biaya yang timbul untuk Hasil Penelusuran. Kecuali jika disetujui lain oleh setiap pihak secara tertulis (termasuk melalui email), pembayaran kepada Anda akan dikirim oleh Google kira-kira dalam waktu 30 (tiga puluh) hari setelah akhir setiap bulan di mana Iklan atau Tombol Arahan berjalan di Properti Anda atau Iklan berjalan pada Halaman Hasil Penelusuran jika saldo penghasilan Anda mencapai $100 atau lebih. Jika Perjanjian ini berakhir, Google akan membayarkan saldo penghasilan Anda dalam waktu kira-kira 90 (sembilan puluh) hari setelah akhir bulan di mana Perjanjian dihentikan oleh Anda (setelah Google menerima permintaan tertulis dari Anda, termasuk melalui email, untuk menghentikan Perjanjian) atau oleh Google. Namun, dalam kondisi apapun, Google tidak akan membayar saldo penghasilan yang kurang dari $10. Tanpa mengabaikan hal-hal yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya, Google tidak berkewajiban melakukan pembayaran atas: (a) jumlah yang timbul karena pertanyaan yang tidak valid, Aktivitas Arahan yang tidak valid, atau klik maupun tayangan Iklan yang dihasilkan oleh pengguna, bot, program otomatis, atau perangkat sejenis, seperti yang ditetapkan secara wajar oleh Google, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada klik atau tayangan apapun yang (i) berasal dari alamat IP atau komputer dalam kendali Anda, (ii) diminta berdasarkan pembayaran uang, pernyataan yang salah, atau permintaan ilegal maupun tidak valid agar pengguna akhir menyelesaikan Aktivitas Arahan; (b) Iklan atau Tombol Arahan yang dikirim kepada pengguna akhir yang perambannya menonaktifkan JavaScript; (c) Iklan yang menguntungkan organisasi amal dan Iklan pengganti atau transparan yang mungkin ditampilkan Google; atau (d) klik yang digabungkan dengan sejumlah besar klik tidak valid yang dijelaskan pada (a) di atas, atau akibat pelanggaran Perjanjian ini oleh Anda dalam jangka waktu pembayaran yang berlaku. Google berhak menangguhkan pembayaran atau menagih kembali akun Anda karena alasan apapun yang disebutkan di atas atau pelanggaran Perjanjian ini oleh Anda selama berlangsungnya pemeriksaan yang wajar oleh Google atas hal-hal yang disebutkan di atas atau pelanggaran Perjanjian ini oleh Anda, atau dalam hal pengiklan yang Iklannya ditampilkan terkait dengan Properti Anda tidak melakukan pembayaran untuk Iklan tersebut kepada Google. Selain itu, jika Anda terlambat melakukan pembayaran kepada Google terkait dengan program Google (termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada program Google AdWords), maka Google berhak menangguhkan pembayaran hingga semua pembayaran terutang diselesaikan atau menjumpakannya dengan pembayaran yang terutang kepada Anda terkait dengan Program tersebut sebesar jumlah utang Anda kepada Google. Untuk memastikan pembayaran yang tepat, Anda sepenuhnya bertanggung jawab untuk menyediakan serta selalu menginformasikan alamat yang benar dan informasi kontak lainnya sekaligus informasi pembayaran yang terkait dengan akun Anda. Untuk pembayar pajak di A.S., informasi ini mencakup namun tidak terbatas pada nomor identitas pajak A.S. dan Formulir W-9 yang telah dilengkapi. Untuk pembayar pajak di luar A.S., informasi ini mencakup namun tidak terbatas pada pernyataan yang telah ditandatangani bahwa pembayar pajak tidak melakukan Aktivitas di A.S. (seperti dijelaskan di Google AdSense: Halaman Informasi Pajak yang terdapat di https://www.google.com/adsense/taxinfo, maupun URL lain yang mungkin disediakan Google dari waktu ke waktu) atau Formulir W-8 maupun formulir lainnya yang telah dilengkapi, dan mungkin memerlukan nomor identitas pajak A.S. yang valid, sesuai permintaan otoritas pajak di A.S. Biaya bank yang terkait dengan cek yang dikembalikan atau dibatalkan karena kesalahan maupun kurangnya informasi kontak atau pembayaran dapat dipotong dari pembayaran baru yang diberikan. Anda setuju untuk membayar semua pajak atau biaya berlaku yang ditetapkan oleh lembaga pemerintah, terkait dengan partisipasi Anda dalam Program. Google dapat setiap saat mengubah struktur pembayaran dan/atau biaya. Jika Anda mengajukan keberatan terhadap pembayaran dalam Program, Anda harus memberitahukannya kepada Google secara tertulis dalam waktu 30 (tiga puluh) hari sejak pembayaran tersebut; kelalaian untuk memberitahukannya kepada Google akan dianggap sebagai pengesampingan hak klaim apapun oleh Anda terkait dengan pembayaran yang dimaksud. Pembayaran hanya akan dihitung berdasarkan data yang dimiliki Google. Penghitungan atau statistik lain tidak akan diterima oleh Google atau memiliki pengaruh dalam Perjanjian ini. Pembayaran dalam Perjanjian ini hanya digunakan oleh Anda dan tidak dapat ditransfer atau dialihkan dengan cara apapun kepada pihak ketiga (yakni didistribusikan ke Properti yang dikelola oleh Anda, sehingga diperlukan pembayaran terpisah), kecuali jika diizinkan secara tertulis oleh Google (termasuk melalui email). Google dapat setiap saat menangguhkan dana, pembayaran, dan biaya lainnya yang harus dibayarkan kepada Anda terkait dengan Program AdSense. Anda memahami dan menyetujui bahwa Google dapat, tanpa pemberitahuan lebih lanjut kepada Anda, memberikan kontribusi kepada organisasi amal yang dipilih Google untuk semua dana, pembayaran, dan biaya lain yang terkait dengan Program AdSense yang dimiliki Google dan terutang kepada Anda (jika ada), namun tidak dapat dibayarkan atau diberikan kepada Anda karena akun Anda Tidak Aktif (seperti dijelaskan di bawah ini). Tidak Aktif berarti bahwa berdasarkan data Google: (a) selama jangka waktu 2 (dua) tahun atau lebih, Anda tidak masuk ke akun Anda atau menerima dana, pembayaran, maupun biaya lain yang berusaha dibayarkan atau diberikan Google kepada Anda, dan (b) Google tidak dapat menghubungi Anda, atau tidak menerima petunjuk pembayaran yang memadai dari Anda, setelah menghubungi Anda di alamat yang terdapat dalam data Google.

12. Publisitas. Anda setuju bahwa Google dapat menggunakan nama dan logo Anda dalam presentasi, materi pemasaran, daftar pelanggan, laporan keuangan, daftar pelanggan di situs web, Halaman Hasil Penelusuran, dan Halaman Arahan. Jika Anda ingin menggunakan nama dagang, merek dagang, merek layanan, logo, nama domain Google, dan fitur merek unik Google lainnya ("Fitur Merek"), Anda dapat melakukannya selama penggunaan tersebut mematuhi Perjanjian ini dan mematuhi panduan penggunaan Fitur Merek Google yang berlaku saat itu, serta konten yang terdapat atau direferensikan di dalamnya, dan panduannya dapat ditemukan di URL berikut: http://www.google.co.id/permissions/guidelines.html (atau URL lain yang mungkin disediakan Google dari waktu ke waktu).

13. Pernyataan dan Jaminan. Kelalaian meminta diterapkannya ketentuan apapun tidak akan mempengaruhi hak salah satu pihak untuk setiap saat meminta diterapkannya ketentuan tersebut setelahnya, dan pengesampingan terhadap pelanggaran atau kelalaian mematuhi Perjanjian ini tidak akan menyebabkan pengesampingan terhadap pelanggaran maupun kelalaian berikutnya atau pengesampingan terhadap ketentuan yang terkait. Running and Startting Threads

When you construct an object derived from Thread, the run method is not auto matically called.

do not call the run method directly - start will call it when the thread is set up and ready to go. Calling the run method directly merely executes its contents in the same thread - no new thread is started .

In the java programming language , a thread needs to tell the other threads when it is idle, so the other threads can grab the chance to execute the code in their run procedures. The usual way to do this is through the static sleep method . The run method of the Ball class uses the call to sleep ( 5 ) to indicate that the thread will be idle for the next 5 millisecond . After 5 millisecond , it will start up again , but in the meantime , other threads have a chance ti get work done .

From a desain point of view , it seems strange to have the class Ball extend the class thread. A ball is an object that move on the screen and bounce off the corner . Does the is - a rule for inherince apply here ? is a ball a thread ? not realy . Here , we are using inheritance strictly for techncal reasons. To get a thread you can control, you need a thread object with a run method . we might as well add that run method to the class whose methods and istance field the run method uses. Therefore, we make Ball a child class of Thread. Also , it make the example easy to grasp : every Ball object that you constuct and start executes its run method in its own thread. You will see later in this chapter how you can use the runnable interface to avoid extending the Thread class

Using Threads to Give Other Task a Chance

In our next program , we use two threads ; one for the bouncing ball and another for the main thread that take care of the user interface. Because each thread gets a chance to run , the main thread has the opportunity to notice when you click on the " close " button while the ball is bouncing . It can then process the " close " action.

There is a simple procedure for running code in a separate thread: place the code into the run method of a class derived from Thread.

To make our bouncing - ball program into a separate thread , we need only derive ball from Thread and rename the bounce method run , as in the following code :

You may have noticed that we are catching an exception called InterruptedException. Method like sleep and wait throw this exception when your thread is interrupted because another thread has called the interrupt method. Interrupting a thread is a very dratic way of getting the thread' s attention , even when it is not active. typically, a thread is interrupted to terminate it . Accordingly , our run method exits when an interrupteException occurs.

What Are Threads ?

Let us start by looking at a program that does not use multiple threads and that , as a consequence, makes it difficult for the user to perform several task with that program . after we dissect it we will then show you how easy it is to have this program run separate thereads. this program animates a bounching ball by continually moving the ball, finding out if it bounces against a wall, and then redrawing it ( see figure 1 - 1 )

As soon as you clik on the " start " button , the program launches a bll from the upper - left corner of the screen and the ball begins bouncing , The handler of the " start" button calls the method bounce ( ) of the ball class, which contains a loop running through 1, 000 move . After each move , we call the static sleep method of the Thread calss to pause the ball for 5 millisecond

The call to Thread.sleep does not create a new thread- sleep is a stastic method of the Thread class that put the current thread to sleep.

The sleep methoud can throw an Interrupt edException. we will discuss this exeption and its proper handling later; we just ignore if for now.

If you run the program , you can see that the ball bounces arround nicely , but it completely takes over the aplication . IF you become tired of the bouncing ball before ir has finished its 1,000 bounces and clik on the "close" button , the ball continues bouncing anyway . You cannot interact with the program until the ball has finished bouncing .

This is not a good sitution in theory or in practice, and it is bouncing more and more of a problem as network become more central . after all , when you are reading data over a network connection , it is all to common to be stuck in a time - consuming task that you would really like to interrupt. For example , suppose you download large image and decide , after seeing a piece of it , that you do need or want to see the rest; you certainly would like to be able to clik on a " stop" or "back" button to interupst the loding process. In the next section , we will show you how ti keep the user in control by running crucial parts of the code in a separate Thread

note : in the example program , we use the XOR drawing mode o simulation the move ment of the ball. This makes the program very simple so that you can focus on the thread details as we build up this example , however , the display quality is compromised wit this approach since ovelapping balls are not displayed correctly. A better approach would be following keep a vector of all balls in BouncePanel . its paintComponent methodshould ask all balls to draw themselves. force a repaint of the panel in the move method however , we leave this improvement asa the provebial exercise for the reader .

Keyword density is an indicator of the number of times the selected keyword appears in the web page. But mind you, keywords shouldn’t be over used, but should be just sufficient enough to appear at important places.

If you repeat your keywords with every other word on every line, then your site will probably be rejected as an artificial site or spam site.

Keyword density is always expressed as a percentage of the total word content on a given web page.

Suppose you have 100 words on your webpage (not including HMTL code used for writing the web page), and you use a certain keyword for five times in the content. The keyword density on that page is got by simply dividing the total number of keywords, by the total number of words that appear on your web page. So here it is 5 divided by 100 = .05. Because keyword density is a percentage of the total word count on the page, multiply the above by 100, that is 0.05 x 100 = 5%

The accepted standard for a keyword density is between 3% and 5%, to get recognized by the search engines and you should never exceed it.

Remember, that this rule applies to every page on your site. It also applies to not just to one keyword but also a set of keywords that relates to a different product or service. The keyword density should always be between 3% and 5%.

Simple steps to check the density:

Copy and paste the content from an individual web page into a word-processing software program like Word or Word Perfect.

Go to the ‘Edit’ menu and click ‘Select All’. Now go to the ‘Tools’ menu and select ‘Word Count’. Write down the total number of words in the page.

Now select the ‘Find’ function on the ‘Edit’ menu. Go to the ‘Replace’ tab and type in the keyword you want to find. ‘Replace’ that word with the same word, so you don’t change the text.

Virus: Trojan.Lodear
A Trojan horse that attempts to download remote files. It will inject a .dll file into the EXPLORER.EXE process causing system instability.

A mass-mailing worm that lowers security settings. It can delete security-related registry sub keys and may block access to security-related websites.

Virus: Backdoor.Zagaban

A Trojan horse that allows the compromised computer to be used as a covert proxy and which may degrade network performance.

Virus: W32/Netsky-P
A mass-mailing worm which spreads by emailing itself to addresses produced from files on the local drives.

Virus: W32/Mytob-GH
A mass-mailing worm and IRC backdoor Trojan for the Windows platform. Messages sent by this worm will have the subject chosen randomly from a list including titles such as: Notice of account limitation, Email Account Suspension, Security measures, Members Support, Important Notification.

Virus: W32/Mytob-EX
A mass-mailing worm and IRC backdoor Trojan similar in nature to W32-Mytob-GH. W32/Mytob-EX runs continuously in the background, providing a backdoor server which allows a remote intruder to gain access and control over the computer via IRC channels. This virus spreads by sending itself to email attachments harvested from your email addresses.

Virus: W32/Mytob-AS, Mytob-BE, Mytob-C, and Mytob-ER

This family of worm variations possesses similar characteristics in terms of what they can do. They are mass-mailing worms with backdoor functionality that can be controlled through the Internet Relay Chat (IRC) network. Additionally, they can spread through email and through various operating system vulnerabilities such as the LSASS (MS04-011).

Virus: Zafi-D
A mass mailing worm and a peer-to-peer worm which copies itself to the Windows system folder with the filename Norton Update.exe. It can then create a number of files in the Windows system folder with filenames consisting of 8 random characters and a DLL extension. W32/Zafi-D copies itself to folders with names containing share, upload, or music as ICQ 2005a new!.exe or winamp 5.7 new!.exe. W32/Zafi-D will also display a fake error message box with the caption "CRC: 04F6Bh" and the text "Error in packed file!".

Virus: W32/Netsky-D
A mass-mailing worm with IRC backdoor functionality which can also infect computers vulnerable to the LSASS (MS04-011) exploit.

Virus: W32/Zafi-B

A peer-to-peer (P2P) and email worm that will copy itself to the Windows system folder as a randomly named EXE file. This worm will test for the presence of an internet connection by attempting to connect to www.google.com or www.microsoft.com. A bilingual, worm with an attached Hungarian political text message box which translates to “We demand that the government accommodates the homeless, tightens up the penal code and VOTES FOR THE DEATH PENALTY to cut down the increasing crime. Jun. 2004, Pécs (SNAF Team)”

How prevalent is Spam? According to Scott McAdams, OMA Public Affairs and Communications Department (www.oma.org):

“Studies show unsolicited or “junk” e-mail, known as spam, accounts for roughly half of all e-mail messages received. Although once regarded as little more than a nuisance, the prevalence of spam has increased to the point where many users have begun to express a general lack of confidence in the effectiveness of e-mail transmissions, and increased concern over the spread of computer viruses via unsolicited messages.”

In 2003, President Bush signed the “Can Spam” bill, in December of 2003 which is the first national standards around bulk unsolicited commercial e-mail. The bill, approved by the Senate by a vote of 97 to 0, prohibits senders of unsolicited commercial e-mail from using false return addresses to disguise their identity (spoofing) and the use of dictionaries to generate such mailers. In addition, it prohibits the use of misleading subject lines and requires that emails include and opt-out mechanism. The legislation also prohibits senders from harvesting addresses off Web sites. Violations constitute a misdemeanor crime subject to up to one year in jail.

One major point that needs to be discussed about this: spam is now coming from other countries in ever-greater numbers. These emails are harder to fight, because they come from outside our country’s laws and regulations. Because the Internet opens borders and thinks globally, these laws are fine and good, but do not stop the problem.

So what do you do about this? Her are the top 5 Rules to do to protect from spam.

Number 1: Do what you can to avoid having your email address out on the net.

There are products called “spam spiders” that search the Internet for email addresses to send email to. If you are interested, do a search on “spam spider” and you will be amazed at what you get back. Interestingly, there is a site, WebPoison.org, which is an open source project geared to fight Internet "spambots" and "spam spiders", by giving them bogus HTML web pages, which contain bogus email addresses

A couple suggestions for you: a) use form emails, which can hide addresses or also b) use addresses like sales@company.com instead of your full address to help battle the problem. c) There are also programs that encode your email, like jsGuard, which encodes your email address on web pages so that while spam spiders find it difficult or impossible to read your email address.

Number 2: Get spam blocking software. There are many programs out there for this. (go to www.cloudmark.com or www.mailwasher.net for example). You may also buy a professional version. Whatever you do, get the software. It will save you time. The software is not foolproof, but they really do help. You usually have to do some manual set up to block certain types of email.

Number 3: Use the multiple email address approach.

There are a lot of free email addresses to be had. If you must subscribe to newsletters, then have a “back-up” email address. It would be like giving your sell phone number to your best friends and the business number to everyone else.

Number 4: Attachments from people you don’t know are BAD, BAD, BAD.

A common problem with spam is that they have attachments and attachments can have viruses. Corporations often have filters that don’t let such things pass to you. Personal email is far more “open country” for spamers. General rule of thumb: if you do not know who is sending you something, DO NOT OPEN THE ATTACHMENT. Secondly, look for services that offer filtering. Firewall vendors offer this type of service as well.

Number 5: Email services now have “bulk-mail” baskets. If what you use currently does not support this, think about moving to a new vender. The concept is simple. If you know someone, they can send you emails. If you don’t know them, put them in the bulk email pile and then “choose” to allow them into your circle. Spam Blocking software has this concept as well, but having extra layers seems critical these days, so it is worth looking into.

Botnets are networks of computers that hackers have infected and grouped together under their control to propagate viruses, send illegal spam, and carry out attacks that cause web sites to crash.

What makes botnets exceedingly bad is the difficulty in tracing them back to their creators as well as the ever-increasing use of them in extortion schemes. How are they used in extortion schemes? Imagine someone sending you messages to either pay up or see your web site crash. This scenario is starting to replay itself over and over again.

Botnets can consist of thousands of compromised machines. With such a large network, botnets can use Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) as a method to cause mayhem and chaos. For example a small botnet with only 500 bots can bring corporate web sites to there knees by using the combined bandwidth of all the computers to overwhelm corporate systems and thereby cause the web site to appear offline.

Unpatched Windows 2000 or XP machines make great honeypots given the ease with which one can take over such systems.

The Trojan can be tricky. Who hasn’t been online and had an advertisement pop up claiming to be able to rid your computer of some nasty virus? Or, even more frightening, you receive an email that claims to be alerting you to a new virus that can threaten your computer. The sender promises to quickly eradicate, or protect, your computer from viruses if you simply download their “free”, attached software into your computer. You may be skeptical but the software looks legitimate and the company sounds reputable. You proceed to take them up on their offer and download the software. In doing so, you have just potentially exposed yourself to a massive headache and your computer to a laundry list of ailments.

When a Trojan is activated, numerous things can happen. Some Trojans are more annoying than malicious. Some of the less annoying Trojans may choose to change your desktop settings or add silly desktop icons. The more serious Trojans can erase or overwrite data on your computer, corrupt files, spread other malware such as viruses, spy on the user of a computer and secretly report data like browsing habits to other people, log keystrokes to steal information such as passwords and credit card numbers, phish for bank account details (which can be used for criminal activities), and even install a backdoor into your computer system so that they can come and go as they please.

To increase your odds of not encountering a Trojan, follow these guidelines.

1. Remain diligent
Trojans can infect your computer through rogue websites, instant messaging, and emails with attachments. Do not download anything into your computer unless you are 100 percent sure of its sender or source.

2. Ensure that your operating system is always up-to-date. If you are running a Microsoft Windows operating system, this is essential.

3. Install reliable anti-virus software. It is also important that you download any updates frequently to catch all new Trojan Horses, viruses, and worms. Be sure that the anti-virus program that you choose can also scan e-mails and files downloaded through the internet.

4. Consider installing a firewall. A firewall is a system that prevents unauthorized use and access to your computer. A firewall is not going to eliminate your computer virus problems, but when used in conjunction with regular operating system updates and reliable anti-virus software, it can provide additional security and protection for your computer.

Nothing can guarantee the security of your computer 100 percent. However, you can continue to improve your computer's security and decrease the possibility of infection by consistently following these guidelines.

Encryption systems have been broken when the method of encryption is understood by hackers and is easy to break.

Why bother to encrypt my email?

It should be noted that email is far less secure than paper mail for two very good reasons: first, electronic data can be accessed easily over an Internet and secondly, electronic data is really simple to copy. There is a very good chance that someone has snooped around in your email despite your best intentions to stop it.

How do I go about encrypting my email?

Soldering

A soldering kit does not have to be very expensive. The tools shown in the above photo are what I could to any soldering job with. You do not need them all and we will discuss the important ones below.

Soldering Iron

For capacitor removal on motherboards it is important to have a reasonably powerful soldering iron. A 40w is the minimum that you would require. Actually a 60w is preferred and an 80w is what many of the professionals use. It must be a grounded soldering iron.

Soldering Stand with Sponge

Soldering Irons are available in corded models or as Soldering Stations which are Analog or Digital. For desoldering capacitors from motherboards it is not absolutely necessary to get a soldering station and definitely not necessary to get a digital one because you will be desoldering capacitors at the maximum temperature (450oC or more).

It is important to get a stand for safety reasons though and most important to have a wet sponge on the stand so that you can clean the iron of solder periodically in order to do the best soldering job.

Soldering Iron Tips

You might think that a very thin tip is required for removing capacitors from motherboards. This is incorrect. A thin tip will not get hot enough and transfer enough heat to the board. The best tip to get is a chisel tip. Around 2mm is the best size.

Solder

Solder is a matter of personal preference. Standard 60/40 solder is fine but preferably around 0.8mm diameter.

Clippers

Large clippers are no use for cutting the capacitor leads. You need small lead clippers.

Solder Sucker

A pneumatic solder sucker is a type of desoldering tool. It is useful for removing excess solder or desoldering damaged connectors. It is not recommended to use it to clear the thru-holes in the board because the pressure is excessive and there is a chance that when it recoils it may hit the board and damage a trace. If you insist on using it to clear thru-holes of solder then use it half-cocked.

Antistatic Wrist Strap

It is not necessary to buy an antistatic soldering station as you can just use an antistatic wrist strap. It is important to have a grounded soldering iron though.

Flux Remover Spray

If you are not using no-clean flux solder then you must clean the flux from the board. This is necessary because some kind of fluxes are slightly corrosive. It also is important for cosmetic reasons if you are fixing someone elses board, when the flux is cleaned the job looks more professional. You can use a flux remover spray for this. I use Flux Off from Cramolin. Alternatively you can use isoprpyl alcohol and a toothbrush.

Canned Air

When you have finished the soldering job there may be some debris on the board like bits of clipped leads or solder flakes. It is a good idea to use some canned air to make sure they dont remain and cause a short.

Bipolar Junction Transistors

The bipolar junction transistor (BJT) was the first solid-state amplifier element and started the solid-state electronics revolution. Bardeen, Brattain and Shockley, while at Bell Laboratories, invented it in 1948 as part of a post-war effort to replace vacuum tubes with solid-state devices. Solid-state rectifiers were already in use at the time and were preferred over vacuum diodes because of their smaller size, lower weight and higher reliability. A solid-state replacement for a vacuum triode was expected to yield similar advantages. The work at Bell Laboratories was highly successful and culminated in Bardeen, Brattain and Shockley receiving the Nobel Prize in 1956.

Their work led them first to the point-contact transistor and then to the bipolar junction transistor. They used germanium as the semiconductor of choice because it was possible to obtain high purity material. The extraordinarily large diffusion length of minority carriers in germanium provided functional structures despite the large dimensions of the early devices.

Since then, the technology has progressed rapidly. The development of a planar process yielded the first circuits on a chip and for a decade, bipolar transistor operational amplifiers, like the 741, and digital TTL circuits were for a long time the workhorses of any circuit designer.

The spectacular rise of the MOSFET market share during the last decade has completely removed the bipolar transistor from center stage. Almost all logic circuits, microprocessor and memory chips contain exclusively MOSFETs.

Nevertheless, bipolar transistors remain important devices for ultra-high-speed discrete logic circuits such as emitter coupled logic (ECL), power-switching applications and in microwave power amplifiers. Heterojunction bipolar transistors (HBTs) have emerged as the device of choice for cell phone amplifiers and other demanding applications.

In this chapter we first present the structure of the bipolar transistor and show how a three-layer structure with alternating n-type and p-type regions can provide current and voltage amplification. We then present the ideal transistor model and derive an expression for the current gain in the forward active mode of operation. Next, we discuss the non-ideal effects, the modulation of the base width and recombination in the depletion region of the base-emitter junction. A discussion of transit time effects, BJT circuit models, HBTs, BJT technology and bipolar power devices completes this chapter.

MOS Field-Effect-Transistors

The n-type Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect-Transistor (nMOSFET) consists of a source and a drain, two highly conducting n-type semiconductor regions, which are isolated from the p-type substrate by reversed-biased p-n diodes. A metal or poly-crystalline gate covers the region between source and drain. The gate is separated from the semiconductor by the gate oxide. The basic structure of an n-type MOSFET and the corresponding circuit symbol are shown in FigureFigure . 1.0.0.1 Cross-section and circuit symbol of an n-type Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor-Field-Effect-Transistor (MOSFET).

As can be seen on the figure the source and drain regions are identical. It is the applied voltages, which determine which n-type region provides the electrons and becomes the source, while the other n-type region receives the electrons and becomes the drain. The voltages applied to the drain and gate electrode as well as to the substrate, by means of a back contact, are referred to the source potential, as also indicated Figure 1.0.0.1

A conceptually similar structure was proposed and patented independently by Lilienfeld and Heil in 1930, but the MOSFET was not successfully demonstrated until 1960. The main technological problem was the control and reduction of the surface states at the oxide-semiconductor interface.

Initially, it was only possible to deplete an existing n-type channel by applying a negative voltage to the gate. Such devices have a conducting channel between source and drain even when no gate voltage is applied. They are called "depletion-mode" devices.

A reduction of the surface states enabled the fabrication of devices, which do not have a conducting channel unless a positive voltage is applied. Such devices are referred to as "enhancement-mode" devices. The electrons at the oxide-semiconductor interface are concentrated in a thin (~10 nm thick) "inversion" layer. By now, most MOSFETs are "enhancement-mode" devices.

While a minimum requirement for amplification of electrical signals is power gain, one finds that a device with both voltage and current gain is a highly desirable circuit element. The MOSFET provides current and voltage gain yielding an output current into an external load, which exceeds the input current, and an output voltage across that external load which exceeds the input voltage.

The current gain capability of a Field-Effect-Transistor (FET) is easily explained by the fact that no gate current is required to maintain the inversion layer and the resulting current between drain and source. The device has therefore an infinite current gain in dc. The current gain is inversely proportional to the signal frequency, reaching unity current gain at the transit frequency.

The voltage gain of the MOSFET is caused by the current saturation at higher drain-source voltages, so that a small drain-current variation can cause a large drain voltage variation.
